Terms & Conditions
Confidentiality: All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding the discussions and personal information shared within the group. This includes refraining from disclosing identifying details about other group members outside of sessions.
Respectful behaviour: Participants are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. This includes listening attentively, refraining from interrupting others, and avoiding judgmental or derogatory comments.
Attendance and punctuality: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. If unable to attend a session, members are encouraged to notify the group facilitators in advance.
Payment: Participants wishing to access the GWC - 101 weekend series, have the following payment options:
Pay in full: Participants can choose to pay the total fee upfront.
Instalment payments: Participants have the option to pay for the series in 2x instalments as agreed upon during registration.
Refund Policy: At Gather and Weave, we strive to ensure that our series and events provide valuable experiences for all participants. To maintain the quality of our offerings and to accommodate the logistics involved in event planning, we have implemented the following refund policy:
No Refunds or Credits within 24 Hours: GWC does not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including change of mind, injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled series or event.
Refunds for Cancellations within 72-48 Hours: Cancellations made within 72 to 48 hours of the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the series or event. This partial refund helps to cover event costs and preparations incurred by GWC.
Refunds for Cancellations Longer Than 72 Hours: Cancellations made longer than 72 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the series or event. This refund percentage also accounts for event costs and preparations.
Boundaries and limits of confidentiality: Participants should be aware of the limits of confidentiality, including situations where the facilitators may be legally obligated to disclose information (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others).
Termination of services: The group facilitators reserve the right to terminate a participants involvement in a series or event if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to themselves or others.
Agreement to Terms: By participating in the Gather & Weave Collective, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined by the group facilitators.
