Support to reclaim calm and clarity in all kinds of moments

You’ve done so much today.

But instead of recharging, do you feel stuck in a swirl of overwhelm? Here’s how stress might be showing up.

You doubt your own decisions, feel unsure of your abilities, and struggle to move forward with clarity.

Uncertainty and self doubt

Difficulty balancing responsibilities

Low productivity and burnout

You feel drained of energy and focus, like you’re stuck in a reactive cycle of fixing problems rather than moving forward with goals.

The pressure of managing demands in and out of the classroom leaves you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected.

Loss of connection with students

You feel overwhelmed and like your plate is too full, and you find it hard to be present and connect with your students.

Avoiding difficult conversations

You hesitate to address points of tension with parents, students or leadership because you don’t want to deal with it.

Stifled professional growth

You feel like you’re not achieving your potential for self-reflection, innovation, or professional development.

If this sounds like you, you’re not alone.

More than 50% of Australian teachers suffer from anxiety, and nearly one-fifth from depression*

Why is this happening?

Admin overload is never-ending.

Excessive documentation, emails, data entry, meetings, you’re drowning in tasks that pull you away from what actually matters: teaching and connecting with students.

You’re a teacher, counsellor, event planner, and parent figure without the training or support.

The expectations are sky-high, yet meaningful professional development or recognition is scarce. You’re stretched thin, with little poured back in.

You’re part of a system, but often feel completely alone in it.

Organisational structures prioritise outcomes over wellbeing, leaving many teachers feeling isolated, unheard, and unsupported.

Find out how we can help

In the circle, we make space for what’s real.

Group work is powerful - not because it fixes everything, but because it offers something the system doesn’t: connection, reflection, and space to breathe.

Group work won’t remove the admin load or rewrite your job description.

But it can anchor you, build your inner resources, and help you feel seen, often for the first time in a long time. And that matters. Because when teachers feel supported, they teach and live from a different place.

In facilitated dialogue with other teachers, you may begin to notice:

• You’re not the only one feeling this way.

• You’re not broken. The system is strained.

• Small shifts can still bring big relief.

Your facilitators

We’re accredited facilitators and counsellors with over 20 years combined experience working across youth, adult, and relational spaces.

We’ve seen first hand the power group work has to transform individuals and communities. As relational beings, we grow stronger when we’re seen, supported, and connected. That’s why we’ve brought our skills together to create a space where teachers can gather, share openly, and grow in good company.
